The Secret Garden Sauna is Drogheda’s first sauna and ice bath recovery venue.
Our sauna accommodates 12 people and there is room for two people in each of our three ice baths. Individual and group bookings are available.

- Monday to Friday: 7am – 12pm | 5pm – 10pm
- Saturday: 9am – 9pm
- Sunday: 9am – 9pm
